You have to buy 160 green emblems. Depending of the current price, you will need around ~ 17k negociant's token
SO the best way is to sell legendary dust emblem.
As you can see, if you sell 1 leg = 4 or 5 green.
(1 leg = 4 greatness emblems /// 4 green = 8 greatness) THE DOUBLE
Again depending on the currency, you will need only ~ 40 legendary emblem to finish the quest :)
